Just a quick one...
What's the outer diamater of the TD05H's compressor nozzle outlet (which mates with the intercooloer's inlet pipe)? Is it 2 inches / 51mm?

Well conveniently enough I have a front entry converted TD05H-16G right here and it measures 49.2mm OD on the compressor outlet (feeding the intercooler). It has a slightly larger flange right round the end to hold a pipe on, so a 50/51mm hose would work. If you're interested, the compressor inlet (from air filter) is 60.7mm.

That's really helpful. As I thought, a hose with an ID of 50/51mm would be required.
Also the info about the front entry air inlet OD is very helpful... Just in case I get a front-entry turbo after my OEM top-entry eventually lets go. The info lets me know which ID diameter 90-deg bend hose to get, so as to be able to mate up with the post-filter, 2nd resonator's downturned 90-deg pipe...
