Was driving the ole scoob this morning when i passed a M8 of mine i hadn't seen for a while. He's a posty and was doing his round so as i burbled past him i made a complete t1t of myself by pressing the horn to attract his attention and suddenly remembered why i hadn't pressed it for years. It's so feeble and camp, i turned away hoping he wouldn't recognize me but realised the scoob might just give it away
When i see him again i'm gonna have to pretend it was a car in the vicinity and not me
Should i worry about my weak horn or just remember it should never again be sounded apart from MOT time ?

 

funny i was just about to post a thread about the horn on my scooby.

I used my horn for the first time today. I bought my first impreza WRX a few weeks ago and today i had to resort to using the horn to show some anger at some guy who pulled out in from of me from a petrol station.

I hit the horn and this pathetic squeek sounded.

was so not what i was expecting.

 

This was one of the only modifications I have allowed on my Scooby - decent Air-Horns ...... simple to fit, cost all of £15 I seem to remember?? ... never looked back

No I meant me, type ra came without a stereo just a hole in the dash so I decide to fill the hole.........with a stereo!!!
