Hi there , im just wondering if you lot prefered it when you could see the names of your fellow scoobynet pals at the bottom of the forum index screen?

I know it was got rid of to try and speed the forum up when there is loads of users online , but i am sure there is some way to get around that without getting rid of the online user facility.

So , im starting a poll to see what everyone thinks on the matter.

 

Can't win here can we? People have complained that the site is slow, so Shaun and the team have been tweaking things and removing unnecessary apps to speed things up. So the question is really: What do you want? Basic site speed or more features?

 

Whats so important about seeing whos on, cant see the point in it tbh

What good do you think it'd do?

 

You can still tell who's online by the v-bulletin logo underneath the poster's name.

 

I'd rather have SN quicker than see who's online.

That said I don't use the feature, so I don't car whether it's there or not.

- User is online

 

Its not the same though !!

 

It never worked properly anyway

It listed you as online for hours after you left

 

You left? I thought it was a requirement of muppets that you have to be online and post 24/7
