POLL:BRING BACK ONLINE USER STATUS

Hi there , im just wondering if you lot prefered it when you could see the names of your fellow scoobynet pals at the bottom of the forum index screen?

I know it was got rid of to try and speed the forum up when there is loads of users online , but i am sure there is some way to get around that without getting rid of the online user facility.

So , im starting a poll to see what everyone thinks on the matter.

Can't win here can we? :) People have complained that the site is slow, so Shaun and the team have been tweaking things and removing unnecessary apps to speed things up. So the question is really: What do you want? Basic site speed or more features?

What good do you think it'd do?

MJW 03 November 2005 01:09 PM

You can still tell who's online by the v-bulletin logo underneath the poster's name.

Andy Tang 03 November 2005 01:13 PM

I'd rather have SN quicker than see who's online.

That said I don't use the feature, so I don't car whether it's there or not.
