Question How much BHP?

Roughly how much power would I get from a MY00 uk turbo with just a full decat and Ecutek re-map?

Not at all. Quite achievable. Throw on a STi panel filter too.

Mine felt quick on that spec and was doing easy 13.4s@100mph 1/4mile with a knackered clutch.

Look at dynomite scoobies for all the old RR results and upgrades. Some are lucky and produce good power with little effort while most have to spend a little more money and effort.

The de-cat does add quite a few horses but not so many torques.

I had a de-catted MY00 with a John Banks' Tek2.5 tested at Power Engineering.

260 bhp
262 lb/ft

A Tek3 custom map would offer slightly more.
