I propose we campaign for an increase in taxation on fuel and encourage OPEC to manipulate the price of a barrel up, up, up. This way the number of elderly road users that smell of wee and the amount of chav road users that err...........smell of wee, would reduce dramatically. This would be a significant step in the right direction regards implementing the policies outlined here..

If you can't afford it then get off your fat *** and walk. I'd like to see duty increased by a factor that would remove the poor from our roads. That way I can drive wherever I like without traffic jams. Never mind £5/gallon, how about £5/ltr?
