Right, i am sick and tired of the ****** on this forum constantly putting down people coz they havnt got a f**kin turbo under their bonnet!!!

It is so friggin childish and really ****'s me off, and i think i speak on behalf of the other non-turbo impreza owners!!!

I put money on it.... that most of the pathetic ***** on here were bullied at school, have no partners and clean thier cars like clockwork every sunday morning!!!

Does a turbo make you feel big ???

This is one of the reasons imprezasport.net was created... We have a friendly bunch of people on their with a wide variety of impreza's including a few turbo owners who cant stand it on here...

Welcome to the forum mate..........One of our close friends has a 2001 GX......Cracking motor....more than keeps up in convoy.....I for 1 have nothing against Non Yurbo models so DONT TAR EVERYONE WITH THE SAME BRUSH!

So what if it doesnt have a turbo? I cant afford to run a turbo, just love the style of the car.

Why rise to them Denise? I'm sure I'm not alone on this forum when I say I happily flash/ wave @ Sport drivers and get a nice nod/wave back. Its the enjoyment of the marque not who's got the biggest scoop or spoiler.

I hope you don't think all turbo owners are tw@ts. At the end of the day the forum is directed at ALL enthusiasts. There's plenty of members on SIDC that are members on here as well so we can't all be that bad.

 

What a pointless and childish post. There is only one performance car in the Impreza range ffs; the 'Sport' was little more than IM cashing in on the high demand for the UK Turbo (on which it massively profiteered); by lashing a few Turbo parts on to a mechanically standard 2 litre GL. One further point; the name Scooby appeared as an affectionate nick-name for the Turbo/JDM WRX, not the Impreza or Subarus in general.

ummm tough one that, I doubt it does but then again it didn't improve my golf either, stop global warming ,peace on Earth was always gonna be a long shot ,but then again it has made me a few friends, its different from the normal car park clones and I am on first name terms with my local Shell and BP garage ( can't decide still trying both but we will not go into that now)
Do I look down on a non-turbo car nope never have, but we all make choices in this life some for looks ,budget or whatever. You drive what you want, why didn't you buy a turbo powered car ? do I really care ? NO ,if there was a diesel powered version would you look down on them with your mighty petrol powered car and cast scorn and derision on them I hope not .
You drive what you drive so you enjoy it, you paid yer money etc etc , buy a turbo ,don't buy one who cares I for one don't . But please try not to tar all turbo owners with the same brush ,and a discussion is good for the soul but a useless rant, without justification, badly constructed and left unfinished is somewhat you use your own words childish. looking forward to your reply

oh and whats up with washing car every week, as people point out its what you have and your own pride and joy. i love my scooby to bits and it gets a bloody good bath in a maguirs every week if i can.

i think that post is abit o.t.t. i couldnt give a monkey's what any of us drive we are all on here with nice motors, no-one gets judged etc unless stupid/non required posts are made.
