Default Damn Lucky.

Had the scare of our lives this afternoon. Coming back from Stratford rugby club(nice silver sti there), on the M6 by Fort Dunlop. Wheel nut came off a fiesta in front of us and went into the windscreen. Loud bang and glass everywhere, windscreen stayed in place but small pieces of glass showered the wife. Made it home OK but have to wait til Wednesday for a replacement.

Wife did not say a word for the last 20 miles, so there was a silver lining. LOL. Ps our lads lost the rugby as well.

Did the Fiesta driver stop, or just carry on without a care in the world?

Bet they don't notice the missing nut until they go for an MOT, or until the wheel comes off.

Glad you and the missus are ok.

Fiesta driver was going over 90 so I think bits were probably falling off all over the place. Sad thing was we were driving with family in another car and we had just pulled over to let the prat through.
