Super Dragger or Nur Spec R for a MY99 Classic???

Gonna be one of these two.

Best sound?

Best powergain?

 

Got the Blitz on my MY03 STi....sounds awesome!

Not sure how the neighbours feel about it though!

 

i would recommend a pat special exhaust (he hangs around on bbs.22b.com ), but out of hks or blitz, I would suggest the HKS Hiper Exhaust system.

HKS Hiper muffler - sounds awesome, better than the dragger IMHO

 

got the BLITZ NUR SPEC R on my RB5 and it is excellent especially when u take the muffler out go for the BLITZ ( take ear defenders with u thou it is loud )

 

I've the HKS..... Sounds great & is loud

I've heard from a few with the Nur spec that it can be very "droneing" when doing constant m'way / duel carrageway speeds.....

About the same power gains on both i think (?)

Not much support here for the Dragger?

Dont want the "droning" too much, as take the family out in the RB5, occasionally!

defo the BLITZ - the hotter the better with decat my street love me!!!!! perfect for setting car alarms off

HKS Hiper

 

Another one for the HKS - sounds sweet on mine !!

 

I had the HKS Hiper on my prev93 WRX non resonated decat - awesome sound and very very loud

 

RB5 - Just sold my HKS S.Drager to get the Blitz...the Hks is the better of the two for not being overly loud. (If that's possible )

I also own MY99 RB5 and am looking for a Blitz, How much do they cost?

 

I got mine from ABP in crewe and it was £590 fitted IIRC for the blitz nur spec r.

 

HKS super drager for me, never felt the need for lots of noise, great on full throttle and no noise on motorway and lots of top end power

edited to say if you want a picture i can post one up......

 

Bltz all the way...although i'd recommend using the bung for any long distance if it's a wagon.

 

Just fitted a Super Drager to my MY96 after previously having a Magnex. Nice and loud but no probs on a run.
