Might I suggest if you want people to look at it that you do something to reduce the size.
I got a 512k ADSL connection, which is the most that the vast majority will have, I aint gonna download it
If it is a movie, taking it out of the .zip will mean that people can download and watch only part of it.
Also based on the movie type, try finding some software to convert it to a lower resolution mayb

Well, only trying to help.
If you've ever been to a rally and you mean the 'chirp' like the WRC cars make then there is a make of dumpvalve that does this. I don't know what it's called myself, but someone will tell you.
Or a search for "Chirp" may yield some results, I cant think of many other posts that that could be associated with.

The problem you have now made me is this.
What are people going to do?
Wait 40 mins to hear a chirp that lasts 3 secs
OR
Wait 40 mins to watch a **** movie with sound.

WHAT AM I GOING
TO DO NOW

I'm really sorry if I'm 'harking on' and bothering you, but why don't you try this http://www.riverpast.com/en/prod/aud...rter/index.php.
It can convert from MPG to WAV, you can download it as a trial version with limitations, though I haven't downloaded it to see.
And if you're having trouble hosting it, if you can get it down to a decent size, say less then 1mb if you email it to me I'll even host it for you (I've only got about 8mb available on the web server i use) - see I am a nice chap
If someone has suggested wastegate chatter then this is probably the sound the WRC cars make, it's a sort of very short sharp whistle, almost like a bird chirping but very loud;
WRC cars do not run dump valves. Many people suggest that the noise WRC cars produce is caused by Wastegate chatter. From what I read this is not true, it is in fact caused by the blades in the turbo stalling when the throttle is closed. So, you could block off your dump valve, if you don't mind replacing the turbo every few months. But I do believe there is a dump valve that can emulate this very same sound.

Blanking off the dump valve will make it chirp. Well it did on my 3-door cosworth and I have hear of others that have done it on here.
Some will say that this will reduce the life of the turbo, but those that have done it havn't had a problem. Pre90's early Turbo car's didn't have dump valves anyway.

It's a dumpvale from JRM racing in Sweden....I think your refering to
Or it's a HKS ....that's the only aftermarket dumpvales that was used @ that event.. since I was the responsable for the Ice-event
And my car was not on the movie...and it was the only one running without a dump vale
