I'm using IE 6.0.2 and the "Page cannot be found" Error 404 page has mysteriously been taken over by a website called Internet Optimizer!

Any idea how I can set it back to the original 404 Error page?

How comes the mad smiley on the smilies page looks quite possibly mad, yet when he comes out, he just looks a tad perplexed?
