OK.. I'm going to make an official ScoobyAid logo to help make this a bit more official.

The way I see it we need to appoint people in charge of certain aspects of ScoobyAid.

The first one, in my view is the "Director of Blagging" .

I think this is down to Ian Watkins (if you are still up for it).

The first important thing is to get an email composed which I can pass onto RB.

Ian, it may be worth starting a thread to pool ideas for this.

Once you have this, let me have it and I'll forward it to him.

I guess we write up an email with vague details along the lines of:

"We want you, but don't know when, where or which charity we are supporting".

Any other ideas for inclusion ?

I think a bit of background on Scoobynet would be good, in-case richard passes the whole thing onto prodrive.

sort of a "As you know, scoobynet is....."

 

With regards to the charities. Shall we say Testicular Cancer, Diabities and Whizz Kids?

Any objections?

I personally think that the finalisation of charities should be left for a while.

There are so many charities to choose from I think we should be careful not to rush the decision.

In the letter we could mention that the charities are still to be finalised.

Yes I agree with that. We will just mention the fact that several charities are on the cards but no final decision has been made.

However, I think it would be wise to try and tie down a venue first though. This would give Prodrive some idea of the likely logistics of the day. I still think that Pentti's place would be good and is also close to Prodrive.

Simon, could you confirm with Pentti that we could use his place before we fire off this mail to RB ?
