I only mention this as my mum has had problems with her Sky for about 3 weeks and it turned out that the guy that lives across the road had a radar detector in his van and had not been unplugging it, as soon as he drove out of the road it was fine lol

Long story, been posted b4, after hard wiring my S5.

My Sky was all pixelly so I had Sky engineer out, was told my system was shot, and out of warranty. So brought Sky+ (£300)+fitting, when the guy installed it my car was parked away from my dish so no probs (still not twigged why).

Next day England playing footy and my car was near the dish, much shouting at sky bloke but still not working (he says massive interference, nowt I can do).

I even phoned the council to complain about the new neighbours maybe blocking the signal, then one morning the penny dropped and I realised it had all started since the Snooper was fitted, doh !

Also talking to the neighbours later that week they asked me if I had been having problems with my sky system, as their sky was dodgy too...
