Default failed mot

hi

so sent the car for mot yesterday, failed, badly. some were just simple things, others not so simple.
so car has a fuel leak on the line on the tank. mot says all badly corroded. the garage didn't want to repair it, my other garage i use don't want to know either.
it has welding need to be done ball joints brake pipes cv boots headlamp aim and pattern wrong colour side repeater among others.
where i live is not the best for services. just thought id ask opinions. i really don't want to sell her unless it is only option.
i'll add the failure list in shortly.
regards

Trust me, it won't get any better. They are a money hungry thing to own.
Where are you based?
There are still specialists about if you want to keep it.
I've had mine 25 years and one month...spent ££££££
Headlamp aim and pattern is prob due to cheap uprated bulbs, aftermarket hid kit, aftermarket headlights.
Side repeaters are an easy fix😉

i feel the last mot might have been less intensive than the garage i went to. i put some standard headlight bulbs in as one was out, i was thinking of new units in the future anyway.
this welding is what i need sorted before anything else. i already have 2 arches to put on with wide arch bits and the bumpers that match. i changed the wheels to some r sport wheels with good tyres so i am going to try an sell the wheels that came with the car to start the fund to get her road worthy again.
northants is a strange county no one does anything fun.

Viscount auto bodies ,letts road Northampton he did sills on my missues ford ka 10y ago,I will call them painters instead car paint sprayers but good enough for sills.
On the right in same building should be 3 mechanics, ask them about brake pipes and fuel pipe job
Stylehause bodywork freeschool st Northampton -paint rear bumper on ours Focus ,top job he has 5 stars rating on google like nobody, and he was not expensive.
