I’ve got an intermittent problem which happens every now and again but is unbelievably annoying when it does happen.

After a drive, if I go to start the car. Everything happens as normal when you turn the key to position 1,2 etc.
Fuel pump primes, gauges light up etc.
Then when you go to start the car it will literally lose all power and nothing happens.

If left a few minutes the car will start fine.

Where should I start looking? I’m guessing there will be a dodgy wire somewhere or maybe a relay staying energised?

Check battery terminals and earth points for starters.
