Default Help

Hi guys new to this and struggling with finding bit for my 2004 UK spec wrx. I'm looking to buy a 6 speed sti UK spec for her but I'm not confident in knowing if I'm going to be scammed even if the 6 speed has done high mileage will it be a strong box? I love the car to bits but I'm scared she is going to let me down. She has already torn apart the 5 speed( 3rd gear) and I just dont want the same to happen again. Any knowledge and information from season vets would be greatly appreciated thank you in advance

6 speed if much stronger. Speak to a reputable breaker for one if you're unsure.

Agreed

I got mine from East Kent Subaru, the box was from a JDM forester and has been spot on in my classic track car for 4 years now

The only weakness is the synchros which cause crunchy gear changes. They are very heavy boxes also.
