Hi there, am looking for a trickle charger to keep my hawkeye sti's battery in tip top condition whilst its off the road in the garage for the wet months.

Can anyone recommend me a decent trickle charger?

Cheers mate. That's a fair old price was hoping for one slightly cheaper, but i guess you get what you pay for!

I'm aslo struggling to understand how a trickle charger is different from a conventional battery charger that 'maintains' the battery once fully charged. Are trickle chargers different to this?

As purely a maintenance and trickle charger I've found the cheapest c-tek has worked fine on my classic while it's parked up.
