Hi all I just had to do this repai as smell of fumes got rediculous and fuel was leaking onto floor when filling up to top.


No CEL code at all.

You can buy the black grommet - 42061AA070

 

You can reuse the black plastic grommet but this is the reason why it rusts so i chose not to put mine back. Undersealing all the rusty areas instead.


The good news is that since i did this fix, the fuel filler cap now hisses when unscrewed, so system is pressurised once again.
