Question Rear number plate bulb bracket rusted away

The bracket holding the number plate bulbs on my MY99 Impreza has rusted away and now the bulbs are just hanging on the wiring.

Does anyone know if they bracket can be replaced easily?

A big lump of rusty metal fell out the front of the car months ago and Christ only knows where that came from

probably the front bumper bar that fell out.They are reknown for rusting to pieces

Its the metal bar that runs under the headlights and grille that the bumper sits on
