Hi technical lot.

I have a cleaned up and repainted inlet manifold that I would like to swap for my shabby and worn out one . I have looked around for guides but no exact one with images ( I like photos ) so using a combination of these guides

Question is : on a MY00 when removing it, is it worth replacing the gaskets at the same time just as a matter of good practice ?

Also whilst replacing , is it worth on a stock engine to pop in the manifold spacers or just leave as is ?

Finally I know it is a pig of a job but any good tips or tricks for a spanner numpty like me
