Question URGENT HELP ENGINE LIFT

Hi all I am in desperate need of an engine lift/hoist my partner said if I buy her a zafira I can keep my scoob so... I bought 1 with a fecked engine bought an engine delivery is Tuesday but cant get the funds to buy a new engine lift or hoist has anyone got 1 I can borrow for dirt cheap or FREE :P would be really grateful im based in whittlesey just outside of Peterborough and can collect if need be. would need it for a few days all being well thanks for reading

If my partner told me I could only keep my Subaru if I bought her a Zafira I'd kick her out!

Yeah I know what you mean.

My missus told me to buy something sensible for when the baby arrived so I told her that I was getting a Golf. Fobbed her off that it was sensible and had leather seats and five star crash protection and all that, better fuel consumption than the Impreza etc etc.

Took her about a week to figure out that they don't all come with a V6 soundtrack

lol as long as I have an easy life I don't care what she wants lol always happy to please my lady with whatever she wants (as long as my wallet can stretch that far)

yeah the gsi or vxr was tempted but running 2 thirsty monsters would kill my pocket so she gets the 1.6

that's what engine has done that's in it lol just bought engine with 46k on clock should be good for a few miles im sure lol

Doesn't surprise me. That particular lump was/is utterly woeful. Seen a few of those Zafiras in bits. Cheap enough if you discount your spare time.

I paid £170 for car 2002 reg good condition other then engine £300 for 46k engine + flywheel and clutch delivered so £470 all in and if I wanted to sell not that I will could easily fetch £1000 maybe abit more if I was willing to wait for the sale
