That's what i meant, just didn't get why people advised you it was a WRX and now it's an STI again.

The model code can be applied to either the WRX or the STI as the early cars were originally WRX's (complete with the wrx code) then tarted up by sti. So by your logic every wrx is an sti.

Regardless, it looks a nice car.

As nice as it is, it's not an STI.

It's a V1 WRX but the spec and condition trump any hang ups on whether it is an STi or not tbh Someone should get this bought. I wouldn't sell my V2 WRX this cheap Put a six speed in it and you have a most spankable track beast

More than likely it has a CDB being a V1

It's a twin to mine GLWTS mate

I think iv3 chose a bad month to sell a car.
Ive had one reply to my email advert on ebay and all he wanted to do was a deal on his vectra turbo thing

whats wrong. The price is very good imo. From looking at all the other imprezas on ebay it the best v1/v2 out there by miles.

Anyone have any ideas ??

Ben

Fella, its been advertised for two days !!! An old 3 grand impreza wrx isn't massively desirable regardless of condition, especially on ebay.
Your car is very nice indeed, its refreshing to see one like this but you need to be patient. It could take a month to sell as it will only appeal to certain people.

How desperate are you to sell it ??

Been offered a swop with a 2004 vectra sri turbo. Looks very clean with 240bhp he recons.

It does look like a police car.

Whats peoples thoughts on these. Im guessin its a 2.0 turbo. 240 bhp seems poor and he said he has had it "CHIPPED " lol

Dont go near it, vectra at best is 170 unless its a vxr and they all handle like a pile of crap on roller skates!!!

Besides which you were looking for a clio 182 or something smaller so would be far better keeping what you have than going for a 240bhp vectra at least ya scoob wont end up hugging a tree or lampost.

You stated that ebay will charge up to 20% fees for selling a car, that is utter bollocks buddy.

Ive actually sold two iphones on ebay via auction, from memory both sales cost me less than £15 each all done including the insertion fee.

Don't swap it for some chavved up vectra, you'll be disappointed.

Not sure what 'webuyanycar' would offer you but if you get really desperate and decide to go down that route PM me as im sure I'll beat their offer.

I would never ever use webuyanycar.com.

u r right the vectra would be ****. I may as well keep the impreza as it wouldnt be that much cheaper on fuel and i need something cheaper.

Tryin to look for a bmw e46 330d but they have all done 150k + and i cant put money towards a new car !

But mainly i still want my 182 cup.

Anyone ????????? Lol
