No, your a bigknobber that knows **** all
Tbh, I still think my mx5 handles better than Clio ATM, but there was a heap of stuff on the Mazda, I'm not far off with Clio ATM so soon shall catch upto it, only done light 15s, cooksports and cup dampers to handling ATM, looking to do rarb and pure Motorsport mounts and brace and should be epic by then.
Any other things to think about in handling department? Apart from stripping and having a big poo before I drive it
Having owned both for many years and having done trackdays in both too, I agree with this.
The cornering ability of a Cliosport is not to be sniffed at. The sheer chuck ability and control at the limit is very good. They really are great fun on the road and track and also very easy to work on.
Getting a lot more power from the engine is not cheap but is possible as I have found.
Bought mine new almost 12 years ago and still own it. It will never be sold but neither will my P1.

I've done them all bar the PMS stuff and can say mine handles a lot better than before now that it is setup professionally and I use A048's which work well with mods.

Basically I fooked up, never done my research.......I wanted to paint the rocker cover so decided to take it off without realising the cover is also the retainer for the cams....lol
The belt obviously had to come off now and even tho it was only a year old i decided to replace it anyway for the sake of 80quid......Yes I done it myself, borrowed some timing tools from a guy I know at Ktec..

Other thing to try are adjustable top mounts, poly bushes, rear ARB, rear camber shims and some of the PMS stiffening mods for the rear beam and front wishbones.

Agree on polybushing front and rear end, but it's a pain of a fidley job
