Shadow chrome is a different process to normal. They use a black undercoat with the shadow chrome coating over the top. I used to have an M5 and looked into getting the wheels refurbished but not many places do them. Probably best to go onto a BMW forum and ask who does it near your area.

If it still not to your satisfaction, you can reject the car under the sale of goods act 1979 (as amended) citing part ii section 14 (2a) . The reason being a breach of contract contrary to part ii section 11.

I would, but they are only 14" - I need 17" .... and FIVE stud, not four
