The buyer is getting aggressive now, his account is registered in Poland yet his address is MK.

It's all a bit much for cheap alloys.
Would PayPal refund even if the buyer was responsible for the collection?? It doesn't sound right but I've not checked the details.

I'm sort of interested because I have a set of 99 rims and tyres which I no longer need and would be useful to clear.

How could you prove the item was collected by a third party without tracking or a receipt?. Lets say City Link was collecting if the item went missing then I could ring them, christ knows who this company is.

I've never had a problem selling on Ebay, until I started selling Impreza bits.
