The idea is that the buyer would later say they weren't collected and paypal then refund. A picture of them in the back of a van could be anyone. That's the idea of cash on collection, that there's no comeback.
The buyer is getting aggressive now, his account is registered in Poland yet his address is MK.
It's all a bit much for cheap alloys.

How could you prove the item was collected by a third party without tracking or a receipt?. Lets say City Link was collecting if the item went missing then I could ring them, christ knows who this company is.
I've never had a problem selling on Ebay, until I started selling Impreza bits.
