It's frozen but it still has a use by date?

'Use by' not 'sell by'. Those are two very different dates and could cause all sorts of issues with your insurance.

Perosnally, I'd go vegan.

I'm glad this got resolved but boy you are running a risk using your DOC cover for a £25k car!

havent looked at this thread for a couple of days lol :/

Its all sorted now, I think it was more that the police wanted to make life hard for the owner of the car...

Yeah I would drive my own car 3rd party but the owner was not worried about it and i wasnt gonna say no to a free go in a 5.5 V8 lol!

The moral of the story is, ALWAYS tell your insurance about any changes as people can make issues for you if you dont. And the police database is different to the MID, just because the police may say your not insured, if you know you are dont panic!

It was a very messy situation but its all sorted now anyway. Thanks for the input

lol, at the freezers, froze it for 3 weeks and kept paying class.
