Oh come on, the 5c was supposed to be a cheaper iPhone and you know it. It's clearly just an iPhone for people less interested in features/tech and more interested in being able to say they have an iPhone (it comes in 5 or 6 different colours ffs).

I fail to see how that's relevant tbh. Though as the happy owner of a 4s for the 16 months it took it to die, I don't think I've forgotten anything.

Apple is good at making cheap plastic reassuringly expensive for you iPhans.

Yours died after 16 months as well? Mine lasted 18months, my mother in laws around 16 months and my father in laws around 14 months.
My wife's iPhone 4 didn't reach 2 years either but amazingly they all manage to be fine during the first 12 months. How very unfortunate we all are.

I meant it bring this up earlier but I forgot and seeing the android lot haven't picked up on I'll post it now.

How does that link prove anything about the new iPhones camera? I quote:

it hasn't though has it. Sony and Nokia offer superior camera options. Apple once again playing it safe by bringing out old and trusted technology, afraid of pushing the technology boundaries. Maybe Samsung have tightened security up
