Hi Banny, Simon said he'd push it further if I wanted but advised that 450 was very safe & not risking the valves. It didn't seem worth maxing it out just in case & my map sensor probably wouldn't go too much further anyway. I'll be back for more though with or without valves LOL

Good to meet you too Craig. I'm sure Simon will sort it out for you. I'm glad to hear your trainers survived after the Meth incident, buy yourself a tap from Jennychem & decant it into 5l fuel cans, it's far easier & avoids the risk of absorbing the Meth through your skin.

Yes It drives great & I understand Simon is only doing his job advising me of the risks, but I'm thinking a new map sensor & I'll be back for more boost & more power fairly soon. I'm sure yours will go a lot further with the new inlet pipe, let me know & good luck.
Richard.

As above guys suggest Craig make yours own induction pipe from FMIIC(Intercooler) pipework and will guarantee this will not suck under high boost, have run one and has been spotless

About the if its worth billet yours T,I would go with the Billet T,its worth extra spool and you can gain on the top end and torque too

Trev yours is still standard size inlet or do you have 3" inlet on yours T?

Jura,
it's still the 58mm with large K&N in wing air filter but I don't feel this is causing a restriction.
I'm confused by the early spool and the way it's hanging on at the top end. The big loss is mid range.

Hi Craig

Speak to Neil@Slowboy racing about the hard inlet pipe,I've somewhere pics how it looks on our one

About the Billet T,I've posted several times difference between the non billet T and billet T on same car(Stevesbluewrx Bugeye STI),there you can clearly see difference in therm of spool and top end

Hi Trev

I don't think this 58mm inlet size will cause restriction on yours

I've posted as above few dyno graphs on comparison between the billet and non billet, with Billet T car has have earlier spool like on 2.0L,2.1L or 2.5L

But I've seen non billet T making above 500bhp on 2.5L,on 2.0L I've seen usually somewhere between the 440-450bhp(we are made 452bhp on V-power alone and 490bhp on V-Power and 20% methanol)
