Man Utd time of being the team to beat both domestically and in Europe has now come to an end. This is nothing new you have had your era just like Liverpool once had. The question now is will you hit the lowly heights of those once great teams such has Leeds and Forest. If the rot doesn't stop soon then you will fail to attract the top players in fact rumours are fife that Vidic, Rooney and RSVP all want to leave the club. If you chuck in the scenario of not getting to the CL this year and that continues next season then funding for new players will have to start coming out of the Glaziers pocket. I would imagine that Man Utd will be reporting significant losses over the next few financial quarters and their debt will grow from its current £389 million.

Antonio Valencia
- Has developed an unhealthy hatred for opponents' legs.
- Has vowed to never again use his left leg out of pure spite. Most of the time when he breaks said vow, the result isn't actually that bad.
- Despite having thousands of practice hours kicking a ball with his right, he's still terrible at it. May secretly be the most left-footed man on the planet, who has simply decided to treat every second of every day as a weak foot training exercise.
- Is so annoyed with himself over breaking his "no left foot" vow that he has taken the ability to make facial expressions away from himself.
- Mercilessly beat David Moyes, the previously undefeated "World Champion of Steely-Eyed One-Expressionness" and won free access to every team sheet from then until the end of time.
- Seems to have devoted his life to stretching his jersey as far as physically possible using only his own muscle mass, to the point where it's cut off the blood supply to all parts of his brain apart from the one that tells him to stand still and kick the ball really hard at people wearing other colours than he is.
- Promotes pass-and-move football down the left by going missing down the right.

Just typical vultures and all those who united have destroyed over the years getting the boot in,
Look how much money city, Chelsea even tot/liv/ars have all spent to do what united did,
Lets face it had any of the top teams had both there main strikers and one of the leagues best midfield passer missing for the majority of the season then they'd be down a bit,
It's no secret utd have needed a midfielder since scholes first retired, we never replaced keane either, the bad thing is we're run by business men and not football fanatics, we rebuild time and time again bringing in good youth players rather than buying the title like what's happened recently,
This is a massive time in the history of the club, ESP with players demanding 250 grand a week, Rooney can stick that up his ****, while he's a good player he really doesn't produce consistently enough for that at the moment,

That's a career-ender, nothing can justify that. I'd say the same if it was one of ours - and it has been in the past

Who's bitter then, I dont see any real United fans feeling bitter in this thread, just the ABU's feeling a little better about their clubs chances now a quarter of a century's dominance is taking a well earned break.
Arrogant ?? nah we've just been dining on fine foods drinking the finest Champers on offer for so long, getting merry laughing at the haters and the bitterness they brought to the table.
Any United fans under 30 will be struggling to cope with recent results but real reds remember the lean times of the 70's and 80's and appreciate the last 25 years for what they were, MAGNIFICENT!!!
We may be down but we're still the most talked about club, especially in here, once ABU's always ABU's

Eloquently put, Sir.
I'm 29 (30 in July) so yeah, I feel it. But it doesn't feel much worse than when Fergie (wrongly) announced his first retirement in the 2001/2 season.
With Rooney and Van Persie back, hopefully 4th spot is attainable and then the real work starts in the summer.
The ABU's probably assume we're down and out for good, I'd say it's a major transitional period.

Well that went well. I'd stop their wages for a week. They can't do the job their paid to do.
When pro athletes can't play for an extra 30-40mins it's a joke.
There's no excuse for not hitting the target. Another great display of don't give a **** from the players.

CHELSEA midfielder Juan Mata has been sold to an eerie crewless ship.
The ship, which has been purposelessly roaming since being cut adrift last year, is inhabited only by diseased cannibal rats feeding on each other.
Thought only to have value as scrap, the deserted hulk terrifies other ships with its advancing decay and its red-eyed, feral inhabitants.
Mata said: “Joining a decaying ghost ship, a spectre of the seaways which other captains talk about in hushed tones because they fear it could one day happen to them, isn’t exactly the ideal transfer.
“On the other hand, at least I might get to start a game every once in a while.

You're not wrong Simon, Januzaj to short a run up, I just knew Jones wouldn't score and as for Da Silva it was good of him to take a long stare at the left hand side of the goal before gently stroking it in that direction straight into the keepers arms
Pleased with the Mata purchase, I just hope Moyes has the ability and the tactics to play him, Rooney and RVP in the same starting line up, he couldn't with Kagawa, why should Mata be any different.
Still need a central mid, centre half, left/right back.

Kagawa has done nothing for me other than providing entertainment via a drunk fan on the tram leaving OT. Guy was pissed as a fart but singing "Shinji" and asking every othet passenger if they were Shinji. Everyone was in hysterics

You know your team has problems when your striker steps up to take a penalty and you are sweating like a pig . You knew that Manure didn't want to get to the final and take a 6-0 hammering from Citeh though
