After a season in the toilet another fine win for the under 21's in the semi, a repeat of last seasons semi making it 5 finals in 5 years and a beauty to win it from Andreas Pereira, I really hope he see's some 1st team action next season.

Not the subject I was going to post on FM but if Giggs did what was claimed, then he got a easier ride from the media than John Terry did.
But what I was going to post on was on Guardiola. I'm not sure if he's that good a manager. He got the Barcelona job at a great time with that many great players coming though and at Bayern Munich,He got what is someone else's team.

I think the media have gone easy on Giggs because it was his first offence, whereas Terry has a rap sheet as long as your arm, and gad lots of previous directly and indirectly with his families escapades, doesn't excuse what he did nonetheless.

If I were in charge of transfers, my number 1 target would be Ross Barkley! He's a United fan and I'm sure Everton would be interested in Cleverly
Shaw sounds like a done deal at £27m, sad to see Rio go but him and Evra were a liability at the back. Mat Hummels looks like a target but we're starting to hear Dutch players mentioned now (no surprise) like Strootman.
Who knows but one thing is clear though, and that's LVG can't be giving the same players chances like Moyes did. Young Cleverly and Nani should be shown the door, though Nani has it in his locker and IMO is just waiting for the right man to get the talent he clearly has from him, sadly I think that is in another country.
