Cheers mate, hopefully I'll make the start-line which I didn't this year due to injury. Thinking about a couple of tough-mudder events and will certainly run a few 10k's and 1/2 marathons this year to get back up to speed. After the London Marathon in 2010 I said I'd never run that far again but hey-ho, you just do these things. I was also looking to do the SSAFA Ride of Britain (500-miles Edinburgh to London) on a mountain bike but the fund-raising rules are too draconian

I think my iPhone app tracked it better as it shows the speed for search mile.
My legs feel fine now except the ball of my foot kills and is bruised ???
