iOS 7
Truth is battery life is so subjective, nobody's right. I can kill the battery in hours or make it last days and I can do that with any phone.
What is certain is each update of hardware and software improves battery life. And if you happen to develop both you have an advantage.

You're confusing me with Tony Burns or Cockforger.
What I'm doing is winding up Fandroids who can't help but spam Apple threads. Truth is battery life is so subjective, nobody's right. I can kill the battery in hours or make it last days and I can do that with any phone.

For me there is still no perfect phone or tablet, they all have their downfalls. For me i'd want the iphone 4 solid feel in the S3 size with widgets such as weather on the home screen. So either android phones need to copy apple hardware and incorporate syncing with a pc/laptop seamlessly with software such as Outlook or apple need to take on some of androids features such as widgets on the home screen and a simple swipe down bar to access hardware instantly as per the tool available once jailbroken and open up user controls to be able to directly download and store files on their devices such as I like the fact I can download a file off the web down to my phone and stick it in dropbox all whilst on the move. Apple just won't let users do that.
You could try blaming one of the apps she got from the app store for draining if you want, although my suspicions (also based on the number of other iOS user having the problem) is that somehting was changed with one of the mail/location services and how they request data.
I just hope that we get the option to upgrade to iOS 7 soon and that it fixes the problem.
That's not true though, we "updated" to 6.1.2 (which prior to that was pretty good battery life for the wifes 4s) and after that update it caused us (read that as me things like this are always my fault!) no end of grief. 6.1.3 bizarelly made it even worse so it's not always a case of "latest is greatest". I do agree that if you develop the hardware and software you have a better chance of reducing/fixing the number of bugs though.
