Very impressive,

Is this set up a big improvement over oem?
I guess it all adds to the stiffness of the car.

Here you go Kev, here's a quick piccy of the kit i've been working on:-

These have been freshly powdercoated in STi pink and decals added to match the original STi items, just need the bushes pressed back in..... not the best pic but gives you an idea (they do look a lot better in the flesh)

This is the best fitted pic i have at the moment, but will get some more and post them up next week:-

I have just changed the spherical bearings and bracket drop links for hardrace items as I wasn't happy with the fit of the TSS items

Mmmm..... liking the look of that a lot

Did the laterals & trailing arms come from TSS with the kit Gus?

Yes they did TBH they had this kit on a rally car in the US and the car got totalled in a big way it was the only straight bit to come off the shell which shows its strength.

How do you guys find durability of painted/coated chassis components. Really tempted to do mine as I'm currently about to fit pollybushes. In my opinion, although it does look nice just seems a waste of time on a daily used motor that sees all weather and road conditions.

Powder coat should be very durable and even a good coat of paint should have reasonable longevity.
If its all coming off to fit new bushes it would be a shame not to take advantage, and it would look sooooo much better

I've been looking at using this stuff http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/RUSTBUSTER...item2c669e2fbc some good reviews across the net.
But seriously, who's actually going to look under and see any of this?? And after a while it'll be filthy, chipped and back to looking tired.

You have a point, perhaps it's not worth it on a daily driver as you say who will look under a normal road car.
It's your choice in the end I guess, up to you how much time and effort you put into your own car.
My car is not a daily drive and condition wise it's not bad so I'm looking to just fettle a bit in this area to bring things up to par with the rest of the car. I don't have to or need to do it it's just my choice
