Ya see now this is my understanding too as 3rd gear on 5spd boxes is break box terrotiy as most boxes go in 3rd as that's where the most torque is I've known people's boxes to break in 3rd.

I said 330-340 so say my quote is 330+ and below 340 and he can have the 330 but if it is 330 then I still win and I'm not sharing, but I'll give him a pack of 20 cigs out of the 200

I ran my TD0516G at 325 BHP........water meth adds about 20/20....... BHP / Torque, maybe a bit more torque :0

My maths makes that 245 BHP and a broken gearbox

Id say something similar to mine (vf24 18psi) airflow etc made guesstimation) 310 and similar torque with a little left over on safety margin. Stock wrx tmic wont be helping optomise it either.

No you turnip I quoted right, ' the piston will fly out at 343mph and hit sc roof with 343bhp' is what I meant.

Only banter though, tbh if the car was gonna break then it would of done already.

I'm thinking around the 300 mark mate
I've been messing with wgd and target boost today and logging
Don't like how my boosts dropping off in 3rd
3rd peaks at 3700/4000k @19psi then drops of quite quick to redline
4th peaks around the same revs @20 psi and drops to 12 /14 psi by the time it's hit redline and out of puff
I'm not entirely happy but I'm leaving it for now

True but you didn't map it

Don't forget this is as much of a learning curve for me and a 80bhp improvement for £390 and that's for the turbo , up pipe ,exhaust , pump, fmic, aquamist kit And mapping now that would represent an achievement to me
Consider loads spend more than that for an exhaust , which without a remap would result in pretty much a 0 bhp increase
So I can't really be unhappy even with an extra 20 bhp

Time will tell !

Standard , I have on occasion been getting spikes , that's why's cant really run a lot of Wgdc at the moment ( I think )
Like I say I've been messing and think I've got a happy medium

There's lots to do and lots of improvements to make , but it's gonna be interesting to see where I've got so far
