Hmmm.... No snow and no "beast from the east"

 

It got as far as Germany I think so not even close. The media once again whipped up that story out of all proportion.

 

i want some snow, bring it on . got the snow chains ready

 

Was a major disappointment, "beast from the east" didn't get any snow whatsoever in Maidenhead where I was all week.

I thought you Essex boys got hit though?

 

Damn cold in Tamworth today, the frost has only just melted from the car roofs.

The rain will at least wash the salt off the car tomorrow.

 

I must say that I am not looking forward to it anyway.

Had to drive to Loughborough and back yesterday to pick my lad up from uni.

I don't think I've EVER driven in such filth. Every lorry that passed going the other way threw a wave of orangey/brown filth over the windscreen. At one point I had to stop as I couldn't see out of the SIDE windows

 

Speye, any news on the weather dear boy?

I am sure that the Daily Express will give us plenty of warning in it's usual manner, in between all those comments about awful diseases etc.
