I think this is the kind of aggressive and nasty pro independence attitude that makes the rest of us think you're welcome to create a cesspit of a failed country that you richly deserve.

Lol
Meant every word of it too

Cesspit of a failed country LMFAO
Its not my country that has to lie cheat and scaremonger poor people into voting the way they want the To vote lol
Like telling OAP's to vote no or else they lose their pensions which has been proven that its not the case at all.
Or getting the banks and big retailers to say they will leave or close down if a yes is voted
And getting them to send letters to their employees saying if they vote yes they will lose their jobs.
and media black out of the yes campaign hence the BBC HQ protest in glasgow.
This is westminister what a disgrace to themselves and their country
And you have the brass neck to say my countrys a failure
My country is trying to better itself while yours trys to drag it down lol

I seen a weepy eyed david cameron on tv begging and pleading us to vote no
Another master of all bell ends by the way and all the time organising all the negativity thats happening here right now.

Its not my country which is the failure

Also you can jog on too lol you mong

It's one thing being against an iScotland but to be so bitter as to hope it fails shows the character of the naysayers. Wouldn't it be a great thing to see? Scotland being independent, flourishing and improving it's lot. I'm hoping so and then perhaps it may rub off on some of us Northerners. Those in Westminster don't give two hoots to anything north of London.

Exactly
There is a recent video with tommy sheridan getting interviewed by andrew neils look it up on youtube its well worth a watch.

And tommy says he hopes the working class of england sees scotland stand upto westminister and the banks
and sees scotland win its independence and shows them what we can do
So the working class of england starts to stand upto westminister too
so you can make a better future as well

Always liked the northern english TBH
love hearing a gordie accent

So.

I've just walked through George Square in Glasgow. The atmosphere is electric.

There must be a couple of thousand people singing, dancing and having a laugh.

There's about 30 miserable *******s outside the city chambers being less than friendly. The police that are there are watching them closely.

It's fair to say the miserable *******s who appear significantly more likely to kick off are holding "no" placards and draped in Union flags.

Says it all really

do you think whatever happen both side of the debate will put there difference aside and get on with it (friendships/relationships etc)

it does seem that way - when they interview family members on different sides of the debate, they always seem pretty friendly etc

I'm saying iScotland will become a cesspit and a failure, due to the currency issue, EU issue and the socialist bullying Gvmt you will have. I agree Westminster and Cameron are a shower, but you are going from the frying pan to the fire. You are under the delusion that all comments on job losses are threats and lies, pointing out consequences are bullying. The insults and unpleasantness is what makes me think you're welcome to it. Maybe a better phrase will be "you made your bed so you can lie in it".

I don't really have a dog in this fight, but the immature ranting, hate and obnoxiousness leads to my disdain for your future. What a way for a new country to be born, forged from hate and delusion. Reality will impinge on your dream in a pretty unpleasant way, but I'm sure if the English say we told you so, it will still be our fault. The whole thing is pretty depressing

Total opposite of anything I've seen.

Every single "No thanks" sign trashed within 24 hours.
Not a scratch, ever, on any "Yes" sign.
Gobby yes voters constantly banging on about it, believing all of the SNP bull**** (see this thread).
No voters scared to admit it in public for fear of being shunned and verbally abused by the deluded.

Read a great quote today "Scotland would be like Spain, but without the sunshine"

So, "No thanks" Alex. I believe things will be a hell of a lot worse under independence.

When they do vote yes, will it become like Northern Ireland was, with it's own troubles?

Anyone else copped that tasty, long-haired brunette aide/PA to Salmond, in the various news clips/interviews?

Talk about beauty and the beast! lol

I'm heartily sick of all the twaddle being spouted out.
Does anybody really believe their life will change for the better because they have an opinion worth one 5 millionth of the total instead of one 50 millionth of the total?
Bills still have to be paid, and anything you want doing will still have to be decided upon by those who can only please some of the people some of the time.
Devolution? it'll end up like the US "State" system, where all you get is whacky laws that count for nothing when you cross open borders.
I dare say a lot of the "Popular" vote is driven by those who like to vote for whomsoever they think is going to win, like the X Factor..
I suppose as long as people THINK they are in control, that's as good as democracy is ever going to get.
