I do hope the said mapper posts up as he will verify that you were very rude to him in conversation.he would not have contacted you regarding the ecu as the matter was between me and him, when I contacted him he was very surprised as he thought I knew about it being sent to you! And told me I should take the matter further.

The said mapper was using the ecu in a car for months, that's how broken it was!
I felt very hard done by with the whole matter, yes at first i did say I would get your money back as the item was insured, but after many emails you came back to say you had lost the box it was delivered in! Voiding my claim, but months later when your solicitor intervened,he said you had the box!?
I came away being £540 out of pocket with no daddy to bail me out!

It was the manner to how you went about it that got my back up the most, emails from you demanding monthly payments, then emails from your dad whilst you were not available!!!!mmmm
Then ****ty emails and conversations from your solicitor!
I'm not one to drag these things out and this is the first time I have online! But feel I need to put my side across.. And feel people need to be aware that if they sell something to you and when you receive it,it doesn't work! Then expect problems!

The item was sold in full working order, you received it not working? Not my problem, the ecu was insured and would have been resolved if you had been honest about the box it was posted in!
To get your dad involve says a lot to be honest, wish I had someone to fight my corner! I seriously doubt you paid for any part of this as I was dealing with your farther and his solicitor, again your we're unavailble!

You choose to go and buy another ecu whilst I was waiting for a report on the one I sold you
As far as I am concerned the matter is dealt with now,I'm not one to forget these things and to be honest have been waiting for you to show your face on here for this thread to be published.
There's my side of the story and there's yours,I had to deal with mine on my own!
I will never sell anything on here again unless I know the buy personally, not worth the worry.i have been a member of this community for many years and I'm not the type of person to start selling faulty goods! As a lot of people on here who know me will vouch for this.

i could'int say what has went on here from either side but as already stated in this thread i also think there should be an actual section on here, where any and all scammers should be named and shamed as SCOOBYNET has went downhill with scammers over the last couple of years i know a few folk that have had it on here.

Mods lets do something about this, can a section be created?? all it will achieve is saving decent members heartache.

I tried and it won't work as my thread just got locked, it's apparently against snet policy to name and shame.
My guess is if a AA member gets called then snet need to protect them for their benefit.
I've seen a lot of scammers names on here being exposed and them threads haven't been deleted but as soon as you put a AA member on here, I bet it vanishes pretty quick.
