Just waiting on a set of Whiteline uprated front droplinks now, but there seems to be a delay in the supply chain.

Guess I better give the real update before Ty's starts crying on me...........again
Got all the boost/intake pipes prepared for paint along with stripping down the inlet manifold and preparing that also.
Into the booth and primer/crinkle red applied, now they all look great but more importantly...........they all match one another!
After that I went and set about removing the oil pressure switch to allow fitment of the braided line/t-piece for the new pressure sensor for the toucan display along with removing the bung above cylinder No3 for the temperature sensor.
Would like to take this time to say how good a quality product Tim@JTInnovations supplies,I would advise anyone considering the change from defi's etc to not hesitate any longer!!
Lastly I got the harness's attached to the sensor with routing through the bulk head still to be done
Tim can also make harness's like a demon as well

Nice to see that you can work unsupervised Ryan, without me there spurring you on to great things.
It is all looking very nice Ryan, it will be nice to see all the pipework and the manifold looking nicely red.
The fact that there were 3 different shades of red in the engine bay always did bug me slightly, especially as the manifold was starting to look a little manky to say the least.
Well done, you might have just qualified for an upgrade on your next KFC meal.
And yes I agree if you can fit the Toucan then I would recommend it, and the looms that Tim makes up are second to none.

My Toucan will be able to show fuel pressure, coolant temp, oil temp, oil pressure, manifold/boost pressure, air intake temp, plus it can display warnings from the sensors, with the ability to allow the user to swap maps, activate anti lag and launch control as well.
I dare say I've left out some other functions as well, if you want more functions you can add more sensors such as EGT.
Thanks Glenn.

No problem you can swing in when ever you like, the doors are always open
Got some more done today, first was fitting the new modine along with samco hose elbows which tbho was bloody hard with the exhaust manifold in place but I got there followed by draining the oil and fitting new 'black' filter[after filling filter over a 15min period]
After that was done it was time to install the aircon radiator and pipes coming off that back to the bulk head connection and back to where the pump sits on the engine, pretty straight forward except getting the pipes leading up the chassis leg was a bit of a pain with wiring etc in the way,had to make another mount for the oil catch can but happy with how it all came together.
I did hit a road block on mounting the pump though as the bracket currently on Ty's car isn't the right one for the pump supplied but thank god Adge sent the bracket as well so I'll have to paint this one black and swap them over.
Last was to run the toucan sensor harness's along with the LC-1 wide band wire through the bulk head grommet, will need re-sealing when I have everything back in place and know how much wire I require when the sensor's are in there final resting place.
Last pic is of the water pipe which was resting on the manifold,it was closer than I thought to rubbing through!

I really glad that is was found, as I hate to think what the outcome of that hose losing coolant could have entailed.
The last coolant issue I encountered ended up in an engine rebuild.

Kev, at the moment it can only communicate with Syvecs or Alcatek ECU's but there are plans to bring it in for Ecutek/OE ECU's.

Another disappointment today in as much as Auto Glass turned up to replace my windscreen, have a look at the below and I think you can guess what happened when I saw it.
You can safely assume that they will be going back to remove the screen and change the seal at their expense, the seal has more ripples than a Cadbury's factory (funnily enough there is one in Leominster).

I know on the Alcatek the additional sensors go via the ECU and then to the Toucan, the connection is via an port on the ECU rather than via the OBD port.
