Hmmm sorry guys but you should all do your research
There was a
Type R V3 V-Ltd - Numbered (1000 units I believe)
Type R V4 V-Ltd - Numbered (1000 units I believe)
Type R V5 Ltd - Not numbered, Limited by short production run - Order only - God knows how many units ! (I have one of these)
Type R V6 Ltd - Numbered Known as the V6 WRC - 1000 units
Hamsters car was a V6 Limited, but for some reason the previous owner or owners had taken out the Blue interior and replaced it with V5 interior. God knows why, but there you go
When you look at the Japanese sales info and press releases it is quite difficult to see how many were made for each or whether they are limited production run. It does vary depending if it is and WRX STi or just a WRX
