Yeah, I'm looking at adding a mongoose Cali next, although I,m trying to negotiate a price on an ET Kuwahara although the shipping is expensive from the US .

New project , arrived last week a barn find in Florida
Parts soaked in oxylic acid for the past 48 hours
Next job , remove the seat post that is oxidised
Then the frame and forks will be shot blasted and painted in the ET Kuwahara factory colours

I've got too many BMX projects on the go
Main one is my Tange Hot Heart build which I'm doing with strictly Tange/Tioga parts. Frame has been strippped and powercoated, I have most of the components now, just need a set of fat/thin red Comp III's and my decals made up . . .
Also have a Mk1 red/yellow Burner on the go and a prototype Aero Pro build in progress. Recently sold my Aero Reflex and custom Mk2 Burner. Got boxes and boxes of mint NOS parts stashed away

I had a Raleigh Burner... yellow/blue colour with spokes. that was early 80's.. before most kids had one.. sold it a few years later.. when most kids were getting BMX's
I remember at the time there were Mongoose BMX's too

Seen a lot with the heart drilled out since the frame is the same a the Kuwi. That's the reason I won't be doing it Don't see many proper Hot Heart build's so it'll be a bit of a rarity

Great seeing some bikes from my childhood. I always remember one move on the TV programme, The Cherry Picker. I remember thinking WTF! BMX-ing was great back in the day.
