Always wanted a kuwahara, I've got a pk ripper and a harp master the one with the oversized frame.

jayallen 04 October 2012 07:25 PM

When i was a lad, the PK Ripper was the main BMX....i had a Redline.

jameswrx 04 October 2012 08:05 PM

Blimey, cold there is it!

I used to have a Raliegh Burner, think it was called mag burner. Always remember the 'oval competition racing frame'

Guess that was considered too main stream to a die hard bmx lover?

The Pink Ninja 04 October 2012 08:07 PM

Same here Jay I had a redline too :)

I also had a Torker 280 and a GT but can't remember which one........ But then again it was about 25 years ago :)

JTaylor 04 October 2012 08:21 PM

Do you find the Parkinson's makes wheelies a little more difficult?

jonc 04 October 2012 08:29 PM

Wow that brings back some memories, I had a Ammaco something or another, can't remember. My brother still has his Raleigh Aero Pro Burner, unfortunately it's rusting away in his garage.

IWatkins 04 October 2012 08:33 PM

Too slow shutter speed, sort it out, doing my freaking eyes in!!

Would say, nice bikes, but I'm not sure if they are.... ;)

robby 04 October 2012 08:45 PM

Last 1 i had was a Raleigh Ultra Burner - black oval cro-moly frame with gold spoked wheels - cool :)

bioforger 04 October 2012 08:46 PM

Wheres the HARO you have to have a HARO to be a true collector.

tubbytommy 04 October 2012 08:49 PM

i had a skyline t.a

stevie69 04 October 2012 08:51 PM

I think you mean a Skyway TA :-) (TA - Totally Aerodynamic)

My brother had a white one back in 1984/5 and I had a Curtis.

i had a bmx 2000 and a peugeot 301(which i managed to snap the frame, got it braized by my dad at his work), always wanted a raleigh extra burner (red and white they were i think...) ultra burner was awesome too!!

jayallen 04 October 2012 09:22 PM

Seriously guys, Raleigh Burners were not cool...! :lol1:

TheVoices 04 October 2012 09:27 PM

I had a black P.K. Ripper with red Tuff 2's which I still regret swapping !

Along with the VDC Monkey Bars that were on it...........................

I also had two DP (Firebird) Freestylers with white Acorn mags.

A cheapie Rhino Pro in chrome with black Skyway copies.

I sometimes think of trying to re-live my miss spent youth but with the extra tonnage I now carry, it would all end it tears !

I always wanted a GT Performer, maybe a yellow one like Eddie Fiola ?

You're never to old fella, a friend of mine still rides weekly...38 years old and carrying quite a few extra pounds.

The last time i had a ride was a couple of years ago, i bought my son a We The People Reason for his birthday, had a play at the skate park with him...:D

toneh 04 October 2012 09:37 PM
