Lovely, but not sure I could part with £100k on a new car. Not when you can buy some very, very nice cars where someone else has taken the initial depreciation hit for you.
Enjoy
I have no regrets, it's only money plus I get to spec the car to what I want. New is nice
Can you post some pics up of the rear when you get the car Scott? Also, does the performance exhaust look different from the standard or does it just sound better?
Slightly different tail pipes, sounds a lot better when the loud button is pushed as they have added crackles on the overrun
Isn't Trout on here anymore? He'd be all over this like a rash. Thanks for the rear picture looks really nice. I saw one today but it was debadged and it had 2 exhausts rather than 4, any ideas?

Off the top of my head, probably an F430 spider or something like that. There must be some very interesting 997 911's for £100k as well (GT2?)
A convertible Ferrari? I'd never feel comfortable in one of those unless I lived in Monaco and everybody had one. I know the Porsche is hardly low key but in London it probably wouldn't attract too much attention in the way a Ferrari would.
Also you can squeeze two small kids in the back of the Porsche but you can't in the Ferrari and the Ferrari is so bloody wide making it a little unwieldy on some UK streets.
Porsche have went all VW with that front bumper. Don't think it actually matches the design of the car at all.
Otherwise damn, I wish it was mine. What a lovely car,
Porsche is a VW, I think if I am correct Porsche were still using parts from the VW Beetle/Golf parts bin such as indicator stalks and other various minor items until recently.
£103k is a lot of money to spend but you're right, it's only money, if you can afford it no probs, then why not. For me, I would need to go for 1 of the turbo models.
And I'm staggered that you did not manage to negotiate any discount on that lot, £29k worth of extras on a £74k car is a lot (Nearly 40%). Do Porsche dealers not offer discounts or is it because its a brand new model, discounts have not come into force yet?

It's a little deceiving as the uk spec car bog standard is 82k otr so it's only got 20k of toy's probably another 6k of that is essential. My biggest options that i could of done away with was the carbon brakes and aero kit. But i'm happy with the car, i decided to put the extra bits on it and it's a car that i have had pleasure in speccing and ordering. Porsche don't do discounts. You will get a deal on a demo, showroom car or a used car but specced car's rarely get anything off. I had £500 worth of Swissvax thrown in
