That mark on the bonnet just mysteriously appeared from nowhere as did the deep scratches on the wings, despite assurances that it was there before the engine was removed it would appear then that quite the opposite is true.

I have seen the Chargespeed item up with Ryan and it's very nice as well, but I think that when Cliff's go into production they will be good value.
It won't be as expensive as you probably think Phil.

Yes Ty very mislead. I was there with him and his mates when the engine went back in. He had to undo the gas struts so the bonnet would fully open and it fell against chain whilst the engine was being lowered. The chain wasnt stopped to avoid damage.

Oh well, bugger as they say - never mind I think for me it's best if I just leave it as is and just move on. For me it's a lesson learnt and one that I won't forget in a hurry.
Bloody Shylock, you are determined to get your full pound of flesh out of me...

Not as much as me Dean, I am just hoping I can keep it looking as good as when I pick it up from Ryan.
I think you realistically have a choice between RCM and Chargespeed, I had an RCM carbon fibre reverse vent and the resin reacted with the heat and the finish went 'milky' so I sent it back for a refund as I didn't want to spend nearly £300 to have a painted carbon fibre vent.

Yes, the steering wheel is the grey and black type the same as the pic below - which is a LHD vehicle before any smartarses point it out.

If we were to say around £235 which would be about half of what it would cost to buy it now from Kakumei on eBay, you have to add customs clearance charges plus 20% VAT onto the link below.

Hmmmmm tempting But I think the extra cost of having to get my bootlid filled and resprayed first may rule me out of that one I'm afraid. VERY interested in the wheel though. PM me a price buddy, bearing in my mind the state of my bank account after the prodrive grille I picked up last week
I have PM'd Gibsy about the steering wheel but it will be a case of first to pay has it, sorry but I have recently been 'done' on a set of wheels (the orange STi ones) and was asked to keep them until May for a member.
May comes and he now cannot afford them and I turned down one other definite sale because the other member told me he would 100% have them.

Phil, do you have an aftermarket spoiler with a 4 hole mounting? If so it will fit straight on in your existing holes as it mounts where in the same holes that a WRX spoiler does.

I'll definitely have the wheel off you mate. I can pop up to yours later with the cash or meet you somewhere. Whatever is easier for you mate.

Not yet sorry TT, I will have some soon as Ryan is carrying out a repair to the centre console due to scratches which would have been hidden by the seats but he and I want it 100%.

Gonna give these a try next. By the way, if you make him an offer of £35, he accepts. For £44 including postage, they're worth a go I reckon.

Sorry Dean but I don't have any wheel nuts for sale, perhaps try spraying the inside with a light oil like WD40 to stop the inside from rusting? But something seems not quite right with them as they shouldn't do that.
Tried wd40 and 3in1 oil ty but they still rusting and they wernt cheap either
