Thanks Jura, do you have a link to any information on the BMW lip spoiler?

I have tried doing a search on here but nothing helpful really comes to light.

I was going to go down this route for my current Impreza..... I think they look the nuts in the grey bodywork colour. However, once I totted it all up I thought F*** that. It's only a spoiler!

I calculated it for the genuine item to be around £450 inc carriage, taxes and custom fees - as nice as it is it isn't that nice, and for what in effect is a small moulding it is an absolute rip off.

Which carbon fibre spoiler Shaun, the S202 one? I have tried looking for a genuine one as some of the replicas are a bit ropey, and as I had one on my S202 it would bother me knowing it wasn't the same.

Ty I think we need to put it parental controls on your pc to stop you accessing Subaru information sites and eBay that will help keeping the car standard lol

Now now children, as ex Spec C owners you should be mature enough to agree to disagree.

Rob, I don't want an STi spoiler (if you mean the standard STi spoiler) as they are two a penny and I think on a Spec C the WRX spoiler looks better, not as good as an S202 spoiler though.

If you mean the A Line / STi Limited spoiler then yes I would like one but I wouldn't pay around £450 plus painting for a small moulding. There is a FRP version available on eBay for around £140 plus taxes and custom fees from Australia, so it would be closer to £190 but I don't like FRP copies.

Where is the fun in that?

I have that heater panel for you as well as I couldn't use the later heater controls, it's been painted in matt black by Ryan so you only now have to get the other two sorted.

I would get them up to Ryan as you will be impressed by the job he has done on the panel heading your way, it would be hard to replicate the finish with a rattle can to be honest Simon.

Great Ty, I have my hazard switch arriving tomorrow as well.... Are you travelling to my neck of the woods next week? I'm off work Monday that I know of as an ear infection has crippled me this week hence why I've been online so much and half the night, I hope to be back in work Tuesday as well so thinking if you are this way and passing by it would be handy? With work I am a minute away from the old bridge or Monday I will put the kettle on.

Bit of a problem with the logistics Simon as I have left the panel up with Ryan and only remembered about it on the way home.

What I could do though is to take the two remaining panels up to Ryan for you, as I will be dropping off something with Ryan on Tuesday or Wednesday latest.

Let me know what you want me to do, also the S204 heater control overlays are now surplus to requirements if you know anyone after a set.

No need to sell body parts. Get Ryan to paint and fit it and no worry about "milky resin fade" either. It is a spot that would gather water and other bits of debris but if you want a lip-spoiler??

No problem Cliff, and yes I don't tend to hang around for too long once I have made my mind up, sometimes I just wish I took my own advice - less action, more thought; it might have saved me some money before now.
