All i did to it was kind of flatten the ends off slightly, not with anything abrasive, i simply clamped it flat to my workbench overnight to get it nearer the curve of the bootlid..... the ends etc are all exactly as it came from bmw..... it's held on with the bmw supplied sticky tape..... tested to 155 on track,....!!

How about a gurney flap on the upper wing blade??

Not seen anyone else do this in the UK, i did this about a year ago now and i still love it

Thanks for the clean comment, it hadn't been waxed for over a year when they were taken, it has now though!!

Oh, and the lights on mine are Cibies.... NOT PIAA's.... i wasn't that rich at the time!!.. come to think of it, i'm still not!!LOL!!

I've been thinking about doing this for a couple of years, just picked up an E36 BMW style lip off Ebay to try it out at long last.
