Is there something in the air at the minute? Everyone just seems to want to fight. 
To recap, Marcus has come on here because he wanted an opinion, and was clearly frustrated by the attitude of the ebay seller. Personally, I can understand both sides, as the seller has clearly stated the time frame for deliver/despatch and was within this time, but I can see why a buyer may worry nowadays and question when the item may be posted. Would it have been so hard for a) the seller to be more polite and b) I hate to say it, but Marcus to be a bit more accepting, given the actual info on the ad and first reply?
All that said, boobarnaby, the way you have responded on here hasn't exactly shown you in a good light. Granted you get people who jump on the bandwagon due to limited info, but the best way to deal with that if you feel you have done nothing wrong, is to come on and politely put your side across, not go down the path of insulting people as well.
I will leave this thread for now, to allow for an absolute resolution (send the items, or cancel and refund). Until then, I suggest people just walk away and stop arguing.
Oh and for the record, in response to post 29, I was sitting happily watching TV.

Well I had a subaru before I had the honda and I liked the friends I made here so I stayed around.
Thats something that I doubt you will manage ( make friends )
