He did his best,Federer was better than him. He deserves praise for getting to the final and it was good to see the big support he got from the spectators.

He was not full of excuses afterwards either in an effort to excuse the result as so many are.

I don't really like tennis but I felt quite sorry for Murray, he played better than I thought. Federer is one of the greatest players of all time and Murray did well to take a set off him.

Exactly. It's not about hating the English, I've got an ABE t shirt from 2010 and my best mate is English.

The sooner people realised the difference between not supporting the England football team and "hating England" the better.

Well I am not all that bothered about football but I will support the England team of course.

I do however find it disappointing that they so rarely seem to be able to get anything much together in a key match when it comes to trying to do a bit of scoring. Its almost as though they prefer to keep the ball away from their own goal but can't be bothered to have a go at the opponent's goal except for rare occasions.
