also can i ask a quick question about engine break in, many people say half throttle low revs for 500 miles but also others say to do that for around 70 miles then give it some boost as pressure is needed behind the rings for them to seat properly, what are your guys advice? Cheers

not s scoobie before no but others yes but i never really cared about them cars as much as i do this one

We always do 500 miles 'off boost' before changing the oil then they are good to go!

We use a good quality Millers Competition running in oil too. If you use something like CFS 10/60 to run them in you wont get the carbon build up on the rings that's is reqd to seal them properly.

Driver controlled 'off boost'. Just changing gear before you feel the boost come in.
