Although i signed a no win,no fee contract that doesnt reall mean there will be no costs at the time of settlement... Just that,if you lose your claim,no fee's will come to you.

I guess its all in the wording of the contract you sign with your chosen solicitor..

The whole system is undergoing a huge shakeup at the moment,and the way any personal injury claim is to be conducted is going to change... I was told that it will go more like the USA,where the process is more complicated and drawn out but the payments are a lot higher..

Anyway after renegotation,we came to a deal that was beneficial to both of us...

Cheque will be here by the end of next week......

Let's hope not. Take the recent reports of action against Travolta as an example: millions of dollars for 'sexual battery'. How on earth is that figure arrived at?
